Lemons are organically grown specially for Zejd, in the region of iklim al kharoub. Cut at full bloom, peeled and air-dried for two months, they are carefully picked and added to the organic extra virgin oil bottles. This combination of organic lemon peels and organic olive oil goes very well with Salads and all Sorts of Seafood.
