How it works ?

The exclusive Airfree® technology works by eliminating micro-organisms and allergens, causing them to be destroyed in a fraction of a second. Every hour between 14,000 and 20,000 liters of air passes through Airfree® equipment, depending on the model. In a short time, the air of the whole environment is treated.
The process is close to sterilization of water by boiling: when the water boils, the microorganisms it contains are eliminated. In the same way, Airfree® continually captures the air from the environment, heating it to a temperature close to 200 ° C, which sterilizes it immediately.
Then, before returning purified to the environment, the air is cooled in the equipment.

This whole process is totally silent and requires no maintenance like a periodic room change. Just turn on the device and let it go.

Brand Name: Airfree 

The story that led to the creation of the brand Airfree® is quite special. In fact, the technology began to be developed through the initiative and creativity of a Portuguese entrepreneur looking for an effective response to soothe his son's allergic crises.

The first prototype of Airfree® air purifier was originally developed as a natural method for destroying allergens by heat. After having passed several tests at INETI's microbiology laboratory in Portugal, the idea has been to produce large-scale devices so that more families around the world can enjoy the benefits of a simple and effective concept. .
After a few adjustments that improved the electronics and capacity of the devices, Airfree® was born in 2004 and launched its P line of air purifiers with a modern and attractive design. This was the beginning of a brand conquering the world.
